Partner residents’ associations set criteria for their area and can block drivers, always with a recorded reason. Voltinha verifies every driver and is accountable for the platform.
Verified drivers
Documents, a license cleared for paid driving and a background check, all reviewed before the first ride.
Area criteria
Each association can publish extra rules for the drivers who serve its community.
Blocking with a reason
If something goes wrong, the association blocks the driver in its area. The driver is notified and can appeal.
